Dig into signature entrees like jumbo lump crab cakes or Bluewater shrimp and grits while jamming out during the Rock the Dock: Bluewater Summer Music series, held Sunday afternoons May through September. If you’re traveling by boat, you have the option to dock and dine.
Perched on the edge of the Intracoastal Waterway, Dockside Restaurant serves seafood classics like peel-and-eat shrimp, crab cakes and fresh catch sandwiches. The casual and inviting atmosphere is complemented by live local music on Thursday and Sunday afternoons in July. Like Bluewater, Dockside offers dock and dine service.

For more than 50 years, The Palm Room has been a popular venue for specialty drinks and performances by local musicians and touring acts. Check out its social media channels to find out who’s playing. Jimmy’s at Wrightsville Beach also offers year-round live music in a fun, colorful atmosphere. Stop by to sip on a drink or try a slushie – a popular choice among locals – and dance along to the bands.
Just over the bridge, sip on a rotating selection of craft beers in the brewpub and outdoor beer garden at Wrightsville Beach Brewery. Enjoy live music every Thursday evening and Saturday afternoon. The brewery also hosts live music every other Sunday, April through November.

The Airlie Gardens Summer Concert Series provides family-friendly performances in a picturesque setting filled with seasonal blooms.
